$225.00 Initial Session
This appointment is required for any new client seeking therapy or for clients that have not been seen in one year. This includes a 60 minute session, diagnosis, creation of treatment plan and initial assessment.
$165.00 Individual Therapy
This appointment is offered once an initial session is completed. This includes a 45 minute therapy session, note preparation and an update or review of your treatment plan.
$185.00 Family
This appointment is offered once an initial session is completed by at least one member of the family. This includes up to a 90 minute therapy session depending on what interventions are needed, note preparation and an update or review of the treatment plan.
$150.00 Case Management
This appointment includes an initial assessment, 30 minutes of consultation, navigation of resources for items discussed in this session and note preparation.
$30 Document Preparation
This is any document that is not an initial assessment, session note or treatment plan. Price will vary depending on type of document needed and time frame expected for completion.
$100/hour Presentation
Is your entity looking for a presentation for a large or small group. This service can be tailored to meet the needs of your large or small group. Topics available include: addiction, relationships, anxiety, depression, movement therapy. Free consultation is provided to determine what presentation will best suit the needs of the entity.
$90 Consultation
This service is best suited for organizations, institutions, corporations, medical offices, schools who would like assistance with types of treatment that would be helpful to their patients, employees, students, etc. Consultation can assist with teaching the entity how to implement mental health tools; as well as, provide support to prevent and remediate mental health concerns that occur within the entity. This service can also be utilized for case consultation regarding specific cases that have mental health needs that need to be addressed.
Mileage
*Mileage charge can occur in addition to the service fee depending on distance and frequency of travel needs of therapist.
